Users can request deletion of their account, app profile and associated personal data.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@up101.dev.
- Use the subject: 0message1 data deletion request.
- Include the email address or profile identifier used in the app, if available.
- Do not include passwords, payment card data or unnecessary sensitive information.
What may be deleted
Account/profile information and personal data associated with the app will be deleted where applicable, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity/account verification where necessary.
