Delete Account – CarpFishing Guide

CarpFishing Guide is developed and managed by UP101.

1. Account deletion request

If you use Google Login in CarpFishing Guide, you can request deletion of account-related data associated with your app account.

To request deletion, send an email to:

info@up101.dev

Use this subject:

CarpFishing Guide - Account deletion request

Please include:

• Google account email used in the app
• Firebase UID, if visible in the app profile
• a short confirmation that you want your CarpFishing Guide account-related data deleted

2. What will be deleted

Where applicable, UP101 will delete or disconnect account-related data associated with CarpFishing Guide, such as:

• Firebase Authentication user record, if managed by the app
• account identifiers associated with CarpFishing Guide
• support records related to the deletion request, where possible

3. Data stored locally on the device

Some data is stored only on the user’s device, such as:

• selected language
• checklist data
• favorite lakes
• local app preferences

To remove local data, users can uninstall the app or clear app data from Android settings.

4. Google Play purchases

Google Play purchases and subscriptions are managed by Google Play.

Deleting or disconnecting an app account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

To cancel a subscription, open:

Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Then select CarpFishing Guide Pro and cancel the subscription.

5. Processing time

UP101 will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
