PitLane Hub - Account and Data Deletion
PitLane Hub is an Android app developed and managed by UP101.
PitLane Hub may use Google Sign-In to allow users to access app features, manage their driver profile, preferences, event participation and Premium features.
Request account and data deletion
If you want to request deletion of your PitLane Hub account data and associated app data, please send an email to:

In your email, please include the Google email address used to access PitLane Hub, so we can identify the account data associated with your request.
What data may be deleted
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with PitLane Hub where applicable, including:
- Google Sign-In account reference used by the app;
- email address associated with the app account;
- declared player ID or profile information, if stored;
- app preferences linked to the account;
- locally or remotely stored account-related app data, where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting, dispute resolution or compliance reasons.
Purchase and subscription records may also be handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies and payment systems.
Processing time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving the request and the information needed to identify the account.
