PitLane Hub Privacy Policy

PitLane Hub is an Android app developed by UP101.dev.

Information we collect

Google account basic profile information, when the user chooses to sign in with Google:

• Google user ID
• email address, if provided by Google
• display name, if provided by Google
• profile picture, if provided by Google

User-created racing profile information:

• nickname
• country
• language
• selected racing game
• declared PSN ID, if the user provides it

App usage information necessary to operate local app features, teams, events, trust and safety features.

How we use information

• To create and manage the user profile.
• To let users participate in teams and events.
• To improve trust and safety inside the community.
• To prevent abuse, duplicate profiles, fake participation, no-shows and misuse of the app.
• To provide support when contacted by the user.

Google Sign-In

• PitLane Hub uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users.
• The app does not receive or store the user’s Google password.
• The app does not display or log Google ID tokens.
• The app does not use the Google account for advertising profiling.

PlayStation / PSN

• PitLane Hub may let users enter a declared PSN ID.
• The declared PSN ID is entered manually by the user.
• PitLane Hub does not ask for PlayStation passwords, Sony credentials, PSN email, 2FA codes or PlayStation tokens.
• PitLane Hub does not use Sony or PlayStation APIs.
• PitLane Hub is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, Polyphony Digital, Gran Turismo, FIA or any racing organization.

Data sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share personal data with advertisers.
• Data may be processed only when necessary to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or respond to user support requests.

Data retention

• User profile data is kept as long as the account or app profile is active.
• Users may request deletion of their data by contacting info@up101.dev.

User rights

Users can request access, correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@up101.dev.

Children

PitLane Hub is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online community services.
